Feeding
For the horse you are following you keep the daily plan: forage type — meadow hay, lucerne hay, pellets or another kind — quantity in kilograms per day, feed and supplements, and an alert when bags or bales run low. Notes stay on the same card, ready for the next feed.
Transport
When the horse travels, the record has a departure checklist: Modello 4 already produced, Coggins still valid, passport on board, plus notes for the journey. You fill it in before a show or a move, so when you leave you know what is already in order.
Expenses
Each entry stays tied to a horse: amount, date, category, vendor, notes and, if you want, a photo of the receipt. You consult totals by year and category, with charts and filters; you keep a vendor list; you can set a budget with alerts, read a year estimate based on the months already recorded, repeat recurring costs, compare two or more horses and export to PDF or a spreadsheet.
